Breakfast was ok, location good. Staff was outstanding. Wife was unexpectedly hospitalized at the Scottsdale Mayo clinic. Afternoon gal found us another room for 2 more nites(not an easy task), so we did not have to travel right after she was released. Day shift gal executed plan and all of our bags were moved once a room was available. Everything went smooth and ALL of their efforts are greatly appreciated.

The people at the front desk were exceptionally friendly. Free shuttle service within a five mile radius was very helpful for collecting our rental car in Scottsdale.Location close to the Promenade Mall was great. Our room, a suite with terrace and kitchen, was spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast was good/decent. Location was great. Pool area design was much nicer than expected (design, lighting, surrounding landscape)
